The itrezzoAgent supports the following versions of BES:

  • BlackBerry Enterprise Server BES 2.1 for Microsoft Exchange

  • BlackBerry Enterprise Server BES 3.5 for Microsoft Exchange

  • BlackBerry Enterprise Server BES 3.6 for Microsoft Exchange

  • BlackBerry Enterprise Server BES 4.0 for Microsoft Exchange

  • BlackBerry Enterprise Server BES 4.1 for Microsoft Exchange

  • BlackBerry Enterprise Server BES 5.0 for Microsoft Exchange


The itrezzoAgent supports the following versions of Mail systems:

  • Microsoft Exchange 5.5 SP4 (This is OK for EPS. BPP requires Active Directory)

  • Microsoft Exchange 2000 SP3 with SP3 Hotfix rollup
